Dimapur, December 5 (MExN): In view of the forthcoming general election in Nagaland, the Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee has allotted works to various party workers.
As per a press release, NPCC President k Therie would be in-charge of Manifesto, Political Affairs, MPCC and all other works that are not assigned; Khriedi Theünuo (Working President)- Wokha, Legal; Bobby Panicker (Working President)- Treasurer, AICC, and NECCC; V Lasuh (Vice President)- Dimapur, Kissan Cell; W Akhum Yim (Vice President)- Mon, Longleng; Supongmeren Jamir (Vice President)- Zunheboto, Ex-Parliamentary Welfares, Public Grievances Dept; Alemjonshi Lkr (Vice President)- Pensioners, Border Affairs; Shaboh Konyak (Vice President)- Tuensang, Kiphire and Noklak; Capt GK Zhimomi (Vice President)- Ex-Serviceman, Training; N Yona Konyak (General Secretary)- Administration, Organisation, Election & Meetings; Athang Chongloi (General Secretary)- Phek & Peren; L Chuba Yim i/c Mokokchung; Tsenthungno Nyamo i/c ULB, Team with V Lasuh Vice President for Dimapur Political District, Coordination with Civil Societies; Rajesh Sethi i/c Enrolment, Minority Department; Kikhevi Yepthomi i/c NPYC, Seva Dal, Young Brigade; Imkongyanger i/c Kohima.
Further, the release, issued by NPCC General Secretary (Administration) Yona Konyak, directed all Political District in-charges to team with PCC members in the districts. It also informed that the ‘Secretary shall be soon announced.’
Meanwhile, stating that the work distributions were announced by the President, NPCC earlier on November 15, it said that enrollment in the Congress Party is open, and called upon all sections of society to join the Party ‘for a change that can not only be felt but can also be seen.’
