TUENSANG: The 53 A/c Tuensang Sadar-I of the NPF Party has congratulated Neiphiu Rio for winning the lone MP (Lok Sabha) seat of Nagaland. A press release from Impongso, NPF Area President, 53 A/C Tuensang Sadar-I stated.
Also extending congratulations to NPF Central Office led by Dr. Shuhrozelie, NPF President, for successfully leading the party to a landslide victory, Impongso prayed that the party would continue to generate such winning spree in future. The area unit also congratulated T. R. Zeliang on being Rio’s successor as Chief Minister of Nagaland.
While acknowledging the landmark victory of Neiphiu Rio, the area unit expressed dismay that despite being ruled by a sitting Independent MLA of DAN-III Government, the Congress Party had led in 53 A/c Tuensang Sadar-I. In this regard, the area unit cautioned party workers “to be aware of the double standard game played by one vested party under 53 A/c, and thereby denounce all ill motivated policy towards NPF Party.”
