NPF Dimapur Division Youth Wing during the distribution of foodgrains on June 26.
Kohima, June 27 (MExN): The Naga People’s Front (NPF) Dimapur Division Youth Wing under the aegis of NPF Dimapur Division carried out free distribution of foodgrains to needy families, children homes and orphanages on June 26 as part of the NPF statewide pandemic outreach mission.
The Youth Wing visited Lt Rev Longsa Memorial Orphanage Home, Kevijau Colony, Samaritan Home (WSBAK) Thahekhu village, Nagaland Outreach Children's Orphanage Home, Seithekema, Nagaland Children's Home, Diphupar and Chavara Home, Naharbari with relief material (foodgrains).
The team also visited the Gurudwara at Marwaripatti and donated several bags of foodgrains as a token of assistance towards their tireless service in feeding the poor and needy, especially during the pandemic.
A total of 42 bags of rice were distributed in the relief drive.
Meanwhile, the NPF Dimapur Division acknowledged the Central Office and LOP for financing the much needed relief in Dimapur and looked forward to carrying out such relief activity further in the division.
