Kohima, July 31 (MExN): The Naga People’s Front (NPF) has extended warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to the Chang community on the occasion of Naknyu Lüm. Describing the festival as more than a cultural event, the NPF stated that Naknyu Lüm symbolises the triumph of light over darkness, unity over division, and the enduring cultural wisdom that connects generations of the Chang people. “As the Chang community comes together to honour its rich heritage and ancestral traditions, may this festival bring renewed hope, lasting peace, and collective strength to all,” the party stated. The NPF also acknowledged with pride the contributions of the Chang community in preserving and enriching the shared Naga identity. “May the divine blessings of this season fill every home with happiness, prosperity, and good health,” the message added.
