Dimapur, May 1 (MExN): The NPF Minority Wing has resolved to stand united and extend support and co-operation to Party President Dr Shurhozelie and Secretary General Achumbemo Kikon following the party principles and constitution.
A decision to this effect was taken during and executive office bearers meeting on April 30 at the NPF Dimapur Division office conference hall under the leadership of Minority Central President Bishnu Bhattacharjee and Minority In-charge Dr Amos Lkr, VP NPF Central, a press release informed on Sunday.
As per the release, the meeting was attended by all the party office bearers along with Dimapur Division President, VP, GS and Secretaries. The house has thoroughly discussed the present development of politics in Nagaland, following which the Minority Wing team made the resolution, the release stated.
It further congratulated Kuzholuzo Azo Nienu for being elected as Leader of the NPF Legislature Party and to Dr Nganshi K Ao for being elected as chief whip the NPFLP.
