Dimapur, October 28 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has issued a strict directive prohibiting its members from demanding monetary assistance or collecting donations in the name of the festive season.
In the order, issued on the directive of the Kilo Kilonser, Q Swu, Secretary to the GPRN stated that it intends to ensure a “peaceful and meaningful festive celebration across Nagalim.” It directed all national workers, regardless of rank, “to strictly abstain from demanding monetary assistance/collection of donation in the name of festive season from any private institution, department, public, government employee, contractors, business establishment, etc.”
To ensure compliance, the NSCN (IM) has instructed all concerned regional authorities, including Caretakers, CAOs, EOs, and Regional Presidents, Sub-Region, CAA, to monitor firm implementation of this order. The directive cautioned that non-compliance to this information shall compel the competent GPRN authority to initiate stern action liable as per the Yehzabo.
