DIMAPUR, JULY 17 (MExN): The President and Chairman NSCN/GPRN S.S.Khaplang has appointed Yanchu Chang as the new chairman of NSCN/GPRN Chang Region with immediate effect. Informing this, a press note from the MIP Secretary stated that an official communiqué received from the president’s office, council headquarter said that Yanchu Chang was appointed as the new chairman of NSCN/GPRN Chang Region with effect from July 7, 2012. “Hence the MIP on behalf of the NSCN request all functionaries under Chang Region to extend full cooperation and support to the new chairman for better and smooth functioning of the NSCN/GPRN in the future”.
