Dimapur, January 11 (MExN): The NSCN-Khaplang of the Wokha regions informed “all business establishment” that all matters concerning “tax” in the said region will be dealt by one Alex Kikon, “finance in charge.” Anyone dealing with persons other then the said Alex Kikon, on matters of “tax” would be doing so at their own risk, a note from the “finance in charge” Alex Kikon said. The note also warned one Khyopenthung Kikon of Mekokla village for posing as “leacy” and serving “demand notes” and collecting “tax” from various establishments in the name of the NSCN-K. The said man is asked to stop his activities or face consequences.
