Dimapur, March 12 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN (Khaplang) has informed that it has “delegated the vehicular/transport taxation” to its “military wing.” A note from the group’s “ministry of chaplee affairs” issued through its ‘MIP’ said that the group’s ‘unit commanders’ are to “implement the authorisation with immediate effect.”
