Dimapur, October 26 (MExN): The Ministry of Religious Affairs (MRA), NSCN/GPRN (Niki), will organise a one-day Naga National Prayer Day on October 31, starting at 7 AM at Sumi Baptist Church, Purana Bazaar, Dimapur. An official communication from the MRA Kilonser informed that the prayer of consecration, among other things, will seek forgiveness and blessings for the Naga nation and its national leaders.
It will also seek much-needed deliverance from the Almighty God in the quest to achieve the goals of the Naga people.
Several spiritual leaders and counselors will conduct the service, it said.
Meanwhile, the MRA has notified "all national workers under the banner of NSCN/GPRN (Niki) based in and around Dimapur district and nearby regions and sub-regions to arrive at the venue before 7 AM while fasting." The organsing committee will provide lunch to all participants after the service.
For regions located far from Dimapur, the MRA has instructed caretakers/chairmen to observe the same in their respective regions on the same day and time.
