The jersey of All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) HQ Kohima for the forthcoming 21st NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2021 has been unveiled today at a function held here at Hotel Crescent.

It was jointly unveiled by Vikuonuo Sachu, reigning Miss Nagaland, Kelhoukhrielie Chielie, treasurer ANTA HQ Kohima and Aphrelie Suokhrie, joint secretary ANTA HQ Kohima.

Speaking on the occasion, Sachu was appreciative of ANTA for their decision to join the soccer event and extended best wishes to them.

She maintained that alongside driving, one needs to focus on sports to stay fit and healthy.

ANTA HQ Kohima general secretary Meyieho Hibo called upon the players to maintain discipline and sportsmanship spirit.

Give your best and bring a good name to ANTA, he urged the players.

ANTA senior member Ruokuophrielie Belho, ANTA HQ Kohima action committee convenor Menuosietuo Yiese and Miss Phek 2021 Ist runner up Lovi Jidogi who accompanied Vikuonuo Sachu also spoke on the occasion.  

Earlier, ANTA HQ Kohima president Dziesevituo Solo extended best wishes to the players.

He said that the Association is contemplating to organize ANTA sports week next year.

Stating that the Association is planning to own a recovery van, he said that they are also in touch with the bank institutions for insurance facility for members.

Earlier, ANTA HQ Kohima vice president Elho Kin invoked God’s blessing while vote of thanks was proposed by ANTA HQ Kohima assistant treasurer Ruokuopielie Rutsa.
