Michazou FC and Ward-19 Kohima today registered wins in their respective matches on the fifth day of the ongoing 25th anniversary edition of the NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Michazou FC-2,
Raisers FC-0
Michazou FC beat Raisers FC 2-0 in the first match. Vito Tepa netted both the goals for Michazou FC in the 46th and 88th minute. MLA Dr.Tseilhoutuo Rhutso handed over the player of the match award to Vito Tepa of Michazou FC.
Ward-19 Kohima-4, Phezoucha Rhüba YO-1
In the second match, Ward-19 Kohima defeated Phezoucha Rhüba YO 4-1. Sagolsen Bikash Singh scored two goals for Ward-19 Kohima in the 46th and 60th minute. Laiwang Bohham and Laba Jr added a goal each in the 69th and 80th minute respectively. Razouvito Tsükrü scored a lone goal for Phezoucha Rhüba YO in the 34th minute. Jainchun Rongmei of Ward-19 Kohima was declared as the player of the match and was felicitated by Vimeyiekho Vitso, Vice President, Naga Students’ Federation.
