Kohima, July 20 (MExN): The Naga Students’ Federation has written a representation to the Director, Technical Education with regard to the recently declared MBBS & BDS result reiterating its earlier stand that a candidate “must be an indigenous inhabitant of Nagaland and Naga by blood and not by adoption”.
Citing reports received by its office, the NSF in its representation called for thoroughly verifying and authenticating whether the MBBS selected list Sl. No 5, 8, 19, 25, 38 fulfils the “indigenous inhabitant and Naga by blood” criteria.
Listing a charter of demands, the federation insisted that the document be verified by the competent authority (district administration); that the results of the above mention candidates be kept in abeyance till proper verification of their document are completed; and that the students produce documents of their parents (father) while verifying their documents.
