NSF Trophy: Mao SU, Dimapur Chaos enters pre quarterfinals

Match between Dimapur Chaos and Football 4 Change on October 4.

Mao Students’ Union and Dimapur Chaos today entered pre-quarter after registering win in their respective match on the 19th day of the ongoing 25th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.

Mao Students’ Union defeated Phesama Students’ Union 5-1 in the first match of the day.

Lohrü connected two goals for Mao Students’ Union in the 19th and 38th minute.

Ngararsing, Athili and Salam Swami Chandra added a goal each for the team in the 64th, 67th and 94th minute respectively.

Mezhiilhoulie Zashümo netted a lone goal for Phesama Students’ Union in the 71st minute.

Naga Students Federation (NSF) president Mteisuding Heraang handed over “Player of the Match” award to -Lohrü Kaisii of MSU.

With today’s win, MSU will face New Market FC in the pre-quarter on October 8 (1st Match)

Dimapur Chaos defeated Football 4 Change 2-1 in the second match.

Gangchui netted both the goal for Dimapur Chaos in the 45th and 88th minute.

Football 4 Change gained a solitary goal through Seiminthung in the 57th minute.

Dimapur Chaos will now play with Nagaland United SC in the pre-quarter on October 8 (2nd Match).  

Gangchui of Dimapur Chaos has been declared as the “Player of the Match” and felicitated by Kethosituo Sekhose, Director, Directorate of Youth Resources & Sports, Govt of Nagaland.
