Peren, May 14 (MExN): The Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA), in collaboration with the Peren District Legal Services Authority (PDLSA) and the district administration, will organise a Mini Legal Services Camp at Peren Town Hall on May 16.
Following the formal inaugural programme, stalls set up by various departments and agencies will be opened for the public to access a range of services and awareness programmes.
Officials said the camp will provide free health and eye check-ups, free Aadhaar card registration and correction services, and digital birth certificate registration facilities.
The camp will also offer free legal awareness and legal consultation services, along with information on various government welfare schemes.
Other services include ration card registration by the District Civil Supplies Officer (DCSO) office, distribution of fishery samples by the District Fisheries Office (DFO), free HIV testing, and free distribution of sanitary pads by the Social Welfare Department.
Awareness programmes related to child and women welfare schemes and loan schemes offered by financial institutions and banks will also be conducted during the camp.
The organisers have urged the public to avail the facilities and services being provided at the camp.
