The Naga Students' Organization extends our heartfelt appreciation to Naga Hoho and ENPO peace mission to Myanmar last month. We are informed that the peace mission team has met the key leaders of Myanmar and most of the important Naga leaders in Myanmar during the visit to Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay.
The NSO being students community and peace loving body simultaneously convey our deep regret for not able to meet the team during the visit.However we assure the Nagas that NSO is ever ready to co-operate any movement or effort to attain peace.The approach as such is a worthwhile and deserved applause and appreciation from all walk of life.
The philosophy of NSO being "peace as the loan road where every creatures can walk hand in hand timelessly" ,once again reaffirm our commitment to venture for peace unless we harvest all our dreams.
The team have met Union railway minister and vice chairman of Myanmar peace committee U Aung Min, U Hla Tun MP and member of Myanmar Peace Committee, U Myat Ko MP and president Naga Yoya, U Sar Mu MP,U Shitti MP, U Zing Wam MP, Rev. Kyaw Kyaw member of interfaith religious dialogue group Mandalay Division, U Wangyu business man, U Sosa Chairman NNLD,U Hlape Senior most Myanmar Naga leader and Chairperson Naga Yoya and U Kyaw Win Swe emissary to NSCN(K).The NSO also indebted to thank Govt. of Myanmar for giving special attention to the Nagas call for peace in two mighty nations(India and Myanmar) and their time even in times like today when the political transaction is taking place.
The Naga populaces residing in rural area where not even telecommunications reaches and cut off (most part of Naga self administration zone do not have Internet service and news paper)from the mainland also join NSO and convey their happiness to the peace mission team for their sacrificial job for the sake of peace.
