Kohima, December 12 (MExN): The Mount Olive College, Kohima, celebrated Olivian Fest 2025 on Thursday, bringing together students, faculty and alumni for a day of creativity, cultural expression and community bonding.

It was organised with the support of the MOCK Students’ Council and Alumni Association. The event featured food stalls, traditional cuisine counters, game booths and displays by student entrepreneurs.

During Olivians Talent Hunt session, students showcased their skills in singing, dancing, instrumental music, drama, poetry and comedy.

A standout moment of the programme was a live performance by freestyle rap sensation Atiro Kiho, whose dynamic delivery received loud appreciation from the audience.

Another key highlight was the announcement of the “Olivian Artist of the Year 2025” award, recognising exceptional artistic contribution within the college community.

Earlier, addressing the gathering, Shiwoto K Wotsa, Chairman and Managing Director of MOCK, said Olivian Day serves as a platform to celebrate hard work and display God-gifted talents.

He encouraged students to explore their abilities and continue to shine in the years ahead.

Olivian Fest 2025 concluded on a high note, blending cultural vibrancy, youthful energy and festive cheer at Mount Olive College.

The festival concluded with Pre-Christmas Celebration-cum-Alumni Meet 2025, which brought together past and present students for an evening of carols, trivia, fellowship and a bonfire.
