If NIDA demand is to be considered on superannuation, Government should also consider whether the NIDA should be involved in their own private practice, in their private clinic and hospital while still in service.
Trying to have the best of both government and private, duty lapses occur.
You can't serve two masters. The pathetic service in government hospital speaks for itself. Everyone knows why...???
In this generation, when un-employment is on the rise, instead of demanding Government Superannuation age to be brought to 55, we should not be demanding increasing of Superannuation age.
Will be happy, if not the happiest (for my wife sake who is also a government employee), to see Superannuation age brought down to 55. Early retirement can release many people to follow their dreams with strength and stamina.
Early retirement is a blessing.
