Dimapur, May 13 (MExN): One person was found shot dead at the Dhansiri river bank near Murise village, Dimapur on May 13. The deceased was identified by the police as one K. Nyekhai (30) of Diezephe village. Dimapur police quoting residents of the area stated that gunshots were heard at around 4:00 pm after which the man was found dead. The deceased was reportedly out on a fishing trip with a friend. Police recovered four empty 7.62 mm shells from the site.
