The online Scholarship for Post-matric for ST for the year 2016-17 has created lots of problem for all the students and the institutions. This year being a new online scholarship system in our state, there has been lots of technical problems. The Department should have given some technical training on how to handle such situation. The registration and submission process is not smooth at all, especially with regard to the choice for present course of study for class-12 course has created lots of confusion as it is still not working and the question is who is going to take the responsibility if the applicants are rejected due to the website problem, when the last date of submission is on 30th September. As many institutions in remote areas with poor network connectivity have to bear all those hardship without having sound technical knowledge and proper information on time, it is our humble request that verification process should be open to all case for corrective measure with the last date of submission be extended on account of website failure.
