Inflicted pains of innumerable harassment meted to us mentally and financially, we the undersigned on behalf of 109 Aggrieved and Deprived teachers (Chosen victims) of SIT vigilance police and Education Department, compelled to raise open questions to the state premier investigating agency and acclaimed corrupt free education department, to clarify in detail the following points. We were once again made to undergo gross injustice of the department with the latest department’s organized modus operandi of selective discrimination. Few pertinent questions are placed before the authority concern for answers without further delay.
1. Under what circumstances 119 (one hundred and nineteen) 87-PT/32-GT) news names of teacher included in the latest district level verification committee (DLVC) list? Though names were never found/reflected in the SIT vigilance original report published and submitted to the government. Annexure – A.
2. Why deleted our names 109 (one hundred and nine) from the original Department Verification Committee (DVC) list, subsequently approved by the cabinet vide CAB-2/2/2008 (PT) dated 21st March 2011? Annexure-B (list of submission of Com & Secy)
3. Should the department’s manufactured Ghost teacher prevail over the genuine? Is the department fishing from the trouble water? Who and how our names being replaced by the Ghost teachers list? Is the purpose of Cleansing fulfilled with this new list?
The above figures are substantiated with the findings (enclosed as Annexure A & B) an excerpt from the original SIT publications and the latest declared list for any sensible citizens to understand the salient features of the department. The new name list of 119 Ghost teachers surfaced in the final state of setting issue displacing the 109 genuine teachers from the final list is too big for any competent authority to justify their action as merely a clerical or human error unless otherwise scandal. We have been cooperating with the departments patiently over the last three years not expecting this dead ending of our career.
We shall remain obliged and loyal to authority that deliver fair justice as a peace loving citizens, however, with such inhuman treatment bereaved of ethical values of life (pick and choose) is tolerable. We have been patiently waiting for justice to prevail without any pressure all these days to let rule of law prevail. However this time the authority in question is urged to give satisfactory answer on the pertinent subject.
