Sir,
Kindly furnish the following information under right to information Act 2005.
1. Name of the company of the KWH meter which is use by your department in Mokokchung town.
2. How many KWH meter are required in Mokokchung town and what is the total number of meter box received by the department for Mokokchung district.
3. Name the contractor/Firm which supplied the KWH
4. When was the KWH meter tested, give the details date, time and personnel presence during the testing.
5.What is the warranty period of the said KWH meter? Which company/expert recommended for the purchase of the said KWH?
6. Name some other state in India if the said company product is used
7. Is there any state in India where the said company products is in use
8. Was this company KWH meter rejected earlier by some state? If yes, name the states and the reasons for the rejection of the said KWH meter.
9. What are the valid reasons for Mokokchung town to use this KWH?
10. Name the other districts in Nagaland that use the said KWH and the quantity per districts.
11. If other districts are not using the said KWH what are the reasons for not using the same? And why only Mokokchung Town? What are the penalties for not using the KWH meter? What are the actions taken so far?
12. Can the billing of the KWH be changed/adjusted? If so who is the authorized person and what are the rules for doing so?
