As per your Press Release vide File No. NST/T/371-E/PART-1/2019-20/290 dated:17/12/2019 wherein it was specifically notified to the customers and general public that NST Helicopter services will not be available from 24/12/2019 to 26/12/2019 and 31/12/2019 to 02/01/2020 in view of Christmas and New Year and also for techinal maintenance of the Helicopter. However, we were informed by the Helicopter-in-Charge, NST Noklak, as was communicated by your subordinate staffs at NST Helicopter Counter, Dimapur Airport, that there will be no Helicopter Services during Christmas and New Year season, prior to your Press Release circular. Moreover, we tried many a time contacting the Helicopter-in- Charge NST Counter, Dimapur Airport to get confirmation on the service availability but to no avail as they do not attend our call.
Hence, the undersigned would like to seek clarification in this regard from the Addl. General Manager, NST Nagaland as to how your staffs claims/asserts that there will no Chopper services during Christmas and New Year period without official order/circular in this regard, when the customers i.e., PAX are available aplenty to board and avail the service.
