Open letter to chairman NPSC

We would like to seek a clarification from NPSC on the Results of NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services Examination 2010 declared on the 5th Oct. 2011. That Pochury, being one of the tribe within the reservation policy of the government have been denied quota in the post of EAC or DSP since when we were last included in 2007. It has now been 4 years since we have been selected to the post of EAC or DSP from within the quota. If roster system is based on alphabetical order, should Pochury not have been allocated either of this post in the year 2010? Now it is 2011 and why has Pochury been excluded again? Does that mean that Pochury are included within the reservation policy only for non-gazzetted post? Kindly explain why we have not been allocated either the post of EAC or DSP since 2007?
And on what basis, one of the tribe has been included in the quota either in the post of EAC or DSP consecutively for the past 4 years whereas we have been denied the same for the past four years.
Failure on the side of the commission to give satisfactory answer would mean that we have been discriminated by the Commission simply for the reason we happen to be a minor tribe. And we will seek justice in any form deemed necessary.
