At the outset, I have the honor to state before your benign authority that due to the unfortunate situation that is happening in Kiphire and Shamator, we are all aware that the people are suffering beyond human imagination and at this time the most to suffer as I feel are the students who are into their final examinations. It pains me a lot to think of the young and innocent students who have to suffer to this extent for no fault of theirs. I personally feel that no amount of compensation or consolation will be able to comfort them for their shattered dreams (I do not mean that there is no more hope for them). I therefore, as a concerned citizen and a social worker (working mostly for the uplift of the students and the youth) request your benign authority/ the state government to kindly make necessary alternative arrangement so as to give justice to the innocent students irrespective of tribes, race and religion (if in case any step in this regard is yet to be taken).
