Open letter to DSE Nagaland

Against the backdrop of CSUTT drawing your attention pertaining to my appointment to the post of PGT (G.H.S.S. Tuensang), I have the honour to draw your kind attention in response to their demand.

At the outset, I agree that student’s organization have every right to voice their grievances on any matter in the interest of student community. However, their demand came without pre-notice. This again is a serous issue and I am aware that going against their demand will not benefit any party. I wouldn’t mind getting any constructive criticism from individual/ organization for remedial actions, provided, that is within my limited capacity, I could change the situation. If this were not the case, then I would gladly accept it as something that is beyond my control. For, winners are made and not born. Further, life has its ups and downs. Sometimes sun shines, sometimes rain pours. But remember it take both sun and rain to form a rainbow.

In the light of the above, Sir, I do hereby humbly and willingly accede to their demand for re-adjustment in the interest and welfare of all concern. Now the ball is in your court to exercise your authority on the above matter without fear or favour, keeping in mind the legal frameworks and various provisions of the PWD Act, 1995. Any divergence from this Act would compel me to knock at the door of Commissioner, Disability Cell for redressal.

Gwazenlo Chung, PGT (Physics) GHSS, Tuensang.
