We the Phom Students Conference would like to lay down one point request for your immediate and necessary action please. That Sir, it has been learned from our enquiry at the Telecom exchange at Longleng that the materials for setting up of mobile tower has been arrived three to four months back, but the work is yet to be started due to non arrival of BSNL Engineers.
Sir, while all the district headquarters are enjoying all the modern facilities, we have been deprived of so many facilities many times. Our silence should not be taken as an ignorance. We have been stressing every telecom engineers, officers and workers of our grievances but no one seem to take serious note of our decent approach.
Therefore, we are compelled to write this open letter to you. We hope that you will take necessary action at the earliest.
