With reference your order No. 5/2000-01 303, dated Tsg the 8th of August ’05 and the order No. Est 13/2005-06/1558 dated Kiphire the 11th August ’05, in respect to the census awardees, we the ANSTA Kiphire Unit would like to draw your kind attention for your earliest confirmation and necessary action.
Pertaining to the general census conducted in 2000-01 the supervisors/enumerators inducted were mostly from the teaching community and for which duty the 13 (thirteen) teachers from the said district were awarded Silver and bronze medals respectively.
The Medals were supposed to be received on 15th August ’05 as per your order, but to our surprise the Teachers stood wondering on that day as to why it was not awarded.
The awards made by the state government and the district as well, being prestigious and the outcome is ones dedication and sincerity towards ones duty, should be awarded in due course of time. We therefore, appeal to your esteem authority to award the deserving teachers at the earliest since it has been delayed for many months.
