Through this article I would like to draw the attention of all the news readers in general and ANWCEA officials in particular. To start with, let all the readers of this article read Mathew 7:9-11 and reexamine ourself what we are up to. I want the following queries to be fulfilled and answered in action that prior to 1993; we enjoyed the same status with that of the regular and permanent service men. Whereas, since 1994 everything turned up-side down and till today we are suffering miserably without getting TA/DA and getting salary once or twice a year, which makes the life of W/C employees much more miserable and meaningless. Therefore, I seek the following clarification at the earliest:
1. What forced the ANWCEA officials to collect our first appointment order and lose it?
2. Why are you practicing favouritism and creating tribalism?
3. Why employees from advance tribes get service regularization within 10 to 15 years whereas an employee from backward tribe does not get even after 25 years of continuous service?
4. How many years will it take for employees from backward tribes to get service regularization?
Who is responsible for all this and who is to liberate us from those money and power monger officials? Is it necessary to crucify another Jesus? If not please clarify in action why the ANWCA was formed and what it should do.
I conclusion lets all read 1st Thessolonian 5:21 and rededicate ourselves to our mission.
