Sub. 4 Point Settlement of 3 AUGUST 2016 Indo-IM Accord. Dear Interlocutor, Nagaland is anxious to know whether the Government of India has actually entered into a 4-Points Settlement with the NSCN, IM, often contradictory to the provisions of the Constitution to the State of Nagaland. Nagaland wonders: ‘How a part of the Constitution can contradict another part of the same Constitution?” Or Who is fooling who, Government of India or the IM, of each other? Nagaland would appreciate a public clarification from you.
