New Delhi, JUNE 23 (IANS): Adding one more to its affordable smartphones, Oppo unveiled Oppo A11k in India at a low key launch amid strong anti-China sentiment in India. The company even faced protests at its manufacturing unit in Noida.

 

Affordable price tag

The new device is available in India at Rs. 8,990 for the single 2GB RAM + 32GB storage model. The phone, which comes in two colour options—Deep Blue and Flowing Silver—can be purchased through Amazon. Consumers can avail 10 per cent instant discount from Amazon if they purchase the device using an SBI card. It can also be bought with an exchange discount of up to Rs. 7,950 in lieu of an old handset. Buyers can also avail no-cost EMI options with select cards.

 

Specifications

Oppo A11k comes with a plastic body and a waterdrop notched design. It has dual-SIM (Nano) and runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 on top. The phone features a dual camera module that has a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor along with a fingerprint sensor at the back. The camera setup is teamed with an LED flash module. The new phone also features a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front.

 

With 32GB of internal storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB) through a dedicated slot, the handset comes with a 6.22 inch LCD screen with an HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) resolution with an aspect ratio of 19:9. and 270ppi of pixel density.

 

Connectivity wise it has almost all options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It packs a 4,230mAh battery that boasts of a day-long battery life on a single charge.
