Dimapur, April 16 (MExN): A skill training programme under “PACES – Providing Access to Core Employability Skills” began on April 16 at Indisen, Dimapur, focusing on steel fabrication.
Project Manager of Zynorique Initiative Society, Apong, said hands-on technical skills are important for sustainable livelihoods and urged participants to engage fully in the training.
Principal of Government Women ITI, Chumoukedima, Er Netenba Ajem, said the programme aims to build pathways for sustainable careers. He noted that demand for steel fabrication skills is rising due to increasing construction activity and a shift towards steel-based structures.
