The contents of the framework agreement (FA) are now revealed in the media after more than two years. It is unofficial, yet none of the NSCN-IM and Government of India (GoI) denied it, the Nagas, therefore, can accept it as the true contents of the FA. The contents itself proves the fact that it is the NSCN-IM’s because what the NSCN-IM has been talking the points are included in the document and it is the same with the competencies proposal they had submitted to the GoI in 2001.
The NSCN-IM leaders know what they are doing and what they are going to do. So they have done terrorist activities and lies in order to deceive and control all the Nagas. But, why some of the Naga people strengthened the hands of evildoers, so that no one has turned back from his wickedness, just as said in the Bible Jr. 23: 14. Whoever said or stated that the Shillong Accord was the main factor for the division and bloodshed had strengthened the hands of evildoers. Now also those supporting the FA are strengthening the hands of evildoers. Whosoever says, that all the factions must come in on board with Muivah is strengthening the hands of evildoers. Do they know what will happen after the FA is fully implemented?
The Eastern Nagas knew Muivah and his henchmen stood for Suisa’s proposal and hence the Eastern Nagas had driven them out from the Eastern Nagaland in 1988. Since then the Eastern Nagas freed themselves from the Hands of evildoers. But before they were driven out, the Eastern Nagas lost hundreds of lives and properties. After they came to Western part of Nagaland they killed hundreds of Nagas again and lost the properties and strangulated the economy of the Nagas. Why the Nagas didn’t do away with the evildoers is a question now? They are not serving the Nagas, they are not serving the nation.
Hundreds and thousands of Nagas did not sacrifice for the Pan-Naga Hoho. Without demanding from India, the Nagas have Pan-Naga Hoho already. The present the so-called Naga Hoho is a Pan-Naga Hoho. Why do the Nagas need another Pan-Naga Hoho? Why did they kill hundreds and thousands of Nagas for the interest of Pan-Naga Hoho? Why did they rob the properties of the Nagas for such Pan-Naga Hoho? The Pan-Naga Hoho is nothing for the Nagas. It is not a solution for the Nagas.
The GoI granted 371(A) of Indian Puppet State to the Nagas in 1963, the Nagas rejected it, because the Naga have nothing to do with it as the Nagas are sovereign and independent nation. Today, the IM is demanding another 371(A) of Indian Puppet State for the Nagas again. It is a ridiculous and foolishness from the part of Nagas to do. How many 371(A) of Indian Puppet States are needed for the Nagas? Can the Nagas regard and honor such leaders as great leaders?
For the interest of Pan-Naga Hoho, they killed many Nagas who opposed their policy. Will they kill more Nagas in defense of Pan-Naga Hoho again after the implementation of FA? Or do they compensate the lives of Nagas who were killed by them and the properties that they robbed from the Naga people? The Eastern Nagas will never kept silent for the loss of their lives and properties unless the IM achieves the recognition of Nagaland’s sovereignty by India and the world.
