Peren, July 15 (MExN): The Research Committee, Peren Government College, (PGC) organized a webinar on ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ in collaboration with the Patent Information Centre (PIC), Department of Science & Technology, Government of Nagaland, on July 15.
PGC media Cell in a press release said that Dr Nesatalu Hiese, Scientist D & Patent Information Incharge, Nagaland Science & Technological Council (NASTEC) Department of Science and Technology, Nagaland and Gihukali Chishi, Technical Assistant, NASTEC were the resource persons.
In the session, Dr Hiese gave an overview of Intellectual Property Rights and Chishi emphasized on Copyright and its Applications and opportunities for the Nagas to preserve our heritage and rights.
The programme was hosted by Dr Hulin, Assistant Professor, PGC concept note was presented by Dr Achumi Ezung, Asst. Professor, PGC, followed by discussion and concluded with a note of thanks by Igong Ipuing, Assistant Professor & IQAC Coordinator, PGC.
