Mokokchung, May 25 (MExN): The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) Mokokchung Division organised two-day capacity building training on ODF PLUS Components for Swachhagrahis and WATSAN Committee members at Community Hall, Sangtemla ward Mokokchung Town on May 24 and 25. The training was sponsored by Sanitation & WSSO: PHED Nagaland, stated a press release received here. Altogether 50 villages from four blocks –Chuchuyimlang block, Kubolong block, Ongpangkong-North block and Ongpangkong-South block attended the training. The main objective of the training was to ensure effective implementation of Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin (SBM-G) Phase II and to achieve ODF Plus. Resource persons of the training were Alemjungla Longchar, District Coordinator PHED, Rongentola, IEC consultant PHED and Tsungrusungla Jamir, Sanitation & Hygiene consultant PHED. Booklets and brochures were distributed to all the participants.
