Dimapur, August 29 (MExN): The damaged water supply main pipe line to Dimapur town was inspected by the Chief Engineer PHED Nagaland, Kohima, Mhondamo Ovung along with Executive Engineer PHED Urban Division Dimapur T. Imtiakum other department officers on August 29.
The department in a press release informed that the main pipe line has been damaged at eleven (11) areas which are of serious nature. The total length of the damaged pipe lines of 300 mm diameter are 154 mtrs and the cost of infrastructural damage pipe lines of 300 mm diameter are 154 mtrs and the total cost of infrastructural damage has been assessed at Rs. 22 lakhs. The matter has been processed at war footing to restore the normal water supply at the earliest.
