Phek, March 18 (MExN): A meeting of the District Water and Sanitation Mission (DWSM) for implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in Phek district was held at the DC’s Conference Hall on March 18 under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Rhosietho Nguori.
Executive Engineer (PHED), Narisen Jami, presented an overview of the preparation plan for Jal Mahotsav 2026 and highlighted the core objectives and vision of the initiative.
The meeting also reviewed ongoing activities under the scheme in the district.
Members decided to form a District Technical Unit and a Source Sustenance Committee, as per the State DIPR.
