The Phom National Workers admitted that since S.S Khaplang was solely engaged with Burma seeking some sort of autonomy under the Burmese government, it made little sense for the National workers to continue in such lopsided vision. A. Chuba, Dy. Kilonser also said that the next generation Nagas should have a safer future and so the Leadership of NSCN Chairman Gen. (Retd.) Khole Konyak and General Secretary N Kitovi Zhimomi would matter most in any future political settlement of the Naga people. They appealed to National Workers of all factions in every region to opt for a secure future. There is no logic in forming a new revolutionary group or staying divided. It is for the future that they chose to join GPRN/NSC unconditionally.
Issued through MIP, GPRN/NSCN.
