In view of the new item under the heading ‘NNC Pochury Region President Clarifies’, in local daily paper on 2nd June 2009 by Lutsütu, we the undersigned of the Pochury Region NNC/FGN would like to clarify on the following points.
1. By his Anti-National activities, Lutsutu had been terminated officially on 25th May 2009.So in any manner he (Lutsutu) cannot address as President of the Pochury Regional Council.NNC.
2. Lutusu had totally ignored the Pochury Region NNC/FGN, for gap of 2 (Two) years and did not perform any activities. He (Lutsutu) was not aware of it and was out of knowledge.
3. Every Region in Nagaland is autonomous So, Mr. Tingo & Victor M.Fithu are elected as Vice President and Secretary of the Pochury Regional Council respectively.
4. The Vehicle Bolero belongs to Regional Government and as well for Pochury Region Common property.
5. Involved and participated in the puppet state election, suspended three years and demand notice alleged by Lutsutu is a false and baseless ground.
6. Propagating, harassed, threatened, demands and provoking etc all are the habitual and life style of Lutsutu.However,he (Lutsutu) converted all his activities upon the personal and he (Lutsutu) try/plan to escape or delete all his Anti-National activities charge sheets by Pochury Nation Workers by Turvy,Topsy (Ulta Polta)
And propaganda press released in daily paper, But he (Lutsutu) has no chance.
Appeal that every citizens and responsible persons to know what is meted out by Lutsutu is baseless and it is upper hand of one evil working with him. One day or the other day, every good citizens will learnt his acting results.
The Pochury Region shall not bear with any Anti-National elements at ant time. Therefore, we the undersigned of the Pochury Region NNC/FGN appeal to all individual and public general to be aware of Anti-National Elements and join hands in upholding the National Right and causes
