We the landowners of Thongsonyu Village jurisdiction while appreciating to the Department or any private company or Nagaland State Mineral Development Co-operation Limited, proposal to take up Geology mining between Pokphure and Thongsonyu. As whether the government/private company was aware of the ground realities or trying to befool innocent public or this backward area to gain favour or to favour their same of individual any declaration made by same self style so called VCC/Elders public leaders activities etc, not allow to undertaking MOU, signatures without knowledge and concerned of the landowners in the village.
Since the inception of Geology and Mining Department in the year 1978 located between Pokphure and Thongsonyu, 50-50 (half of the land belongs to Pokphure and half belongs to Thongsonyu) till today not even a single person is employed or recruited nor does the government given any privileges to the Thongsonyu Village landowners.
In this connection those who are saying that village council will take responsibility to initiate internal process activities or invite any private company or Department without knowledge of concerned landowners, the village council/elders is not a landowner in this Geology and Mining jurisdiction. The landowners are purely innocent publics and needy and poor persons are the landowners in this mineral project location.
Therefore, we the landowners stand and objection without knowledge or concerned of the landowners properly undertaking MOU signature between landowners and private company or Department. No work shall be implemented within the jurisdiction of Pokphure and Thongsonyu Geology mining location, if any private company or department without proper MOU undertaking signature from the landowners any office faller of this representation letter if any work is implemented, the landowners will not responsible any untoward incidence full responsible will take by the officers or to take own risk.
