Wokha, September 16 (MExN): An awareness programme on financial management and accounts matter was organized by SP Wokha in collaboration with State Bank of India on September 15 for Wokha DEF police unit personnel and families at Unit drill shed Police Reserve, Wokha. SP, Wokha, Manojkumar, IPS said that the seminar is being organised specially for the police personnel and their families to educate them on the importance on various saving schemes and financial management, their entitlement, Pay and allowance as per 2017 ROP, new pension schemes and general Provident fund. The seminar was held in three different sessions with Assistant Branch manager, Sashilemba Longkumer, Assistant Manager, Yansaromo Tungoe from SBI, Wokha, Benathung Ezung, UDA and Orenthung Kikon, HA from Wokha SP staff as the resource persons. The programme was chaired by Yanger Jamir, NPS, Additional SP Wokha.
