The recharge code for the new Pre-paid system was initially a lengthy 20 digits.The ante was upped against the consumers by raising the recharge code to a 132-button-punch exercise - 120digits, 6 asterisks [*], and 6 number symbols [#] -to update the balance. One mistake and one had to start all over again. Complaints from some corners over the 132-button affair probably helped get backouroriginal20-digit code.
