Dimapur, August 1 (MExN): The Department of Power has announced a scheduled shutdown of power supply from August 4 to 6 to facilitate vegetation clearing works along the 33kV AP1/Medziphema Transmission Feeders. According to a press release issued by the Office of the Executive Engineer, Transmission Division, Dimapur, the shutdown will occur daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM during the three-day period. “All our esteemed consumers under Medzephima and Power Supply catering from AP 1 feeder will be affected,” the Executive Engineer, Er. S.I. Asangba Tikhir, stated in the release. The department acknowledged the inconvenience caused to the public and has requested cooperation from all consumers during the period of disruption.
