Kohima, Dec 20 (MExN): The Phek Students’ Union (PSU) will hold its 53rd general conference- cum- cultural dance competition from December 26 to 28 at Phek Village Local Ground under the theme “Recapitulation for rejuvenation.” The special guests of the conference included; Sovenyi, president Chakhesang Public Organization, Besupra Swuro, PS to minister for health & family welfare and Rev. D.N. Soho, pastor, Phek Town Baptist Church.
There will be a debate competition on the topic “Sports & music – an instrument for easing social evils.” Essay competition on the topic “Conservation of ecological environment” and painting on “Mother’s love” will also mark the conference. Meanwhile, Nukutulu Venuh, EAS daughter of K. Suyie and Rukuzo Hoshi, PGT son of Vetsonu Hoshi who got through NPSC shall be honoured during the conference as part of recognizing their excellence.
