Pungro, June 4 (MExN): The inaugural programme of ‘Youth Khiang Yam’ (Youth Morung) was held at the IBAPWO Office in Medical Ward, Pungro Town, marking a significant step towards creating a dedicated space for youth development in the region.

In his welcome address, N Apong, Director of the International Border Area Peoples Welfare Organisation (IBAPWO), announced that academic and other books have been made available at the centre. He described the Youth Khiang Yam as a platform where young people can express themselves, learn, and explore their potential.
