Dimapur, February 18 (MExN): The River Belt Colony (RBC), Dimapur general public meeting will be held on February 26 at 3:00 pm in the residence of Akang Ao, Treasurer RBC. RBC, Secretary, Joseph Neino Mao in a press release informed all the members especially house/plot owners to attend the meeting without fail.
Their presence is mandatory in view of sensitive agendas like widening of approach road within the colony which will be executed as per the opinion of the general public. Other agendas will include Community Peace Police (CCP), chaining of pet dog/animal, black topping of approach road, repairing of drainage/sewage, seepage of septic tank, disposal of waste materials etc.
Further, the executive members are advice to ensure that all shops within the colony remain close during the meeting. Tenants are also requested to kindly ensure that their landlord/ house owners are present in the meeting.
