Dignitaries at the farewell function held by the Rural Development department on March 8.
DIMAPUR, MARCH 9 (MExN): The Rural Development Department conducted a farewell function in honor of its outgoing officers, Additional Director, Waichiba; Director, Khatovi, and Assistant Director Arjun Prasad Poudal on March 8 at the RD Directorate Conference Hall, Kohima. The function was chaired by Imlimeren Jamir, Joint Director and the invocation was pronounced by Neizovonuo, Assistant Director. Lanuwapang, Registrar spoke on behalf of the Ministerial staff and Imotemjen, Project Director, DRDA Kohima on behalf of the DRDAs.
A press note stated that while thanking the outgoing officials for their unselfish services rendered towards the Department, the Director, wished them “good health and a happy retired life. “ The outgoing Officers also thanked the Department for the honor given to them and offered their support for all future endeavors of the department.
