Registration opens for Ao students in Delhi-NCR under DAKT

NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 12 (MExN): The Delhi Ao Kaketshir Telongjem (DAKT) has officially commenced registration for the academic year 2025-2026, beginning May 1, 2025. The registration drive is mandatory for all Ao students from Class 7 and above residing in the Delhi-NCR region, including school, college, university students, and those working while pursuing academic objectives.

In strict accordance with Article VI of the DAKT Constitution, all eligible students are required to register to avail themselves of the benefits and services provided by DAKT. New members are required to pay Rs 350, while existing members renewing their registration are charged Rs 300, a press release issued by DAKT informed.

DAKT serves as the representative body for all Ao students in the Delhi-NCR region, ensuring welfare, coordination, and proper representation throughout the academic year. The association has clarified that students failing to register will not be entitled to any form of assistance or benefits.
