Guwahati, January 21 (MExN): The Indian Air Force (IAF) has issued a notification inviting applications for Intake 01/2027, including recruitment for Agniveervayu (Science and Other Than Science subjects) and Medical Assistant trades in the Airmen cadre.
According to the notification, No. 11 Airmen Selection Centre, Guwahati, will serve as the nodal agency for conducting recruitment across the North Eastern States of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura.
Online registration for Agniveervayu (Science and Other Than Science subjects) will be open from January 12 to February 1, 2026, for both male and female candidates under Intake 01/2027.
Registration for Airmen (Group ‘Y’) – Medical Assistant trade will also be open during the same period, from January 12 to February 1, 2026. This category is open to male candidates only.

Copies of the recruitment notifications have been issued and annexed, and are also available on the official website, the notification added.
