Kohima, April 22 (MExN): Phek Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer informed all concerned that, the hiring charges for private vehicles requisitioned and utilized for Phek district during the conduct of 1-Nagaland Lok Sabha Election, 2024 will be disbursed at the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Phek (Transport Cell) from April 23 to 26 (during office hour). Stating this, Phek DC John Tsulise Sangtam asked the vehicle owners/drivers to take note of the date and time and collect the same by producing the Requisition Order and Identity Card.

Mokokchung: DC & DEO Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji has informed all vehicle owners/drivers that for vehicles engaged during the conduct of the 18th Lok Sabha Election 2024, the hiring/halting charges will be disbursed from the office of the DC & DEO, Mokokchung on the following days: The Local Taxis (Sumos, LMVs, etc), private vehicles from within Mokokchung district and vehicles requisitioned through Village Councils to collect the payment on April 25 and 26, 2024 start from 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM; Pick-up/Buses and Vehicles from Assam and other states collect their payments on April 29 and 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
All concerned have to produce valid documents like Requisition Order and Vehicle Duty detailment order while claiming the payments, it was noted.

Kohima: DC and DEO Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has issued a circular informing all the commercial vehicle drivers/owners requisitioned for the General Election to the Lok Sabha 2024 that the hiring/halting charges for the vehicles deployed on election duty shall be disbursed from the office of the Deputy Commissioner & DEO, Kohima, Transport Cell at Ground Floor on the following dates: Taxis/LMV on April 25 and Sumo/Pick up/Buses on April 26 from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The payment shall be entertained only on the production of the original requisition order and duty slip, he added.
